Instructions

  1. Chop the banana and put it in the blender together with the cold milk, then add the coffee that has cooled down a little and the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  2. Depending on your taste, you can of course add more or less coffee. So that the consistency does not become too runny with more coffee, I recommend that you use instant coffee powder instead of real coffee. If the cream is too fat for you, you can optionally use 1 - 2 tablespoons of low-fat quark.
