  • 0.5 ½ celery root
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 4 parsnip (s)
  • 200 g broccoli
  • 50 g mountain lentils
  • 50 g pearl barley
  • 50 g buckwheat
  • 1 leek
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lovage
  • marjoram
  • 3 potato (s)

Instructions

  1. Peel the onion, dice it and sweat it in a little oil in a large saucepan. Cut the carrots, parsnips and leeks into fine rings and add to the onions. Peel the potatoes, cut into small cubes and add to the remaining vegetables in the pot. Roast everything a little, then deglaze with a liter of water.
  2. Rinse the lentils, pearl barley and buckwheat with hot water and add to the saucepan. Mix in the salt, pepper and herbs. Simmer everything with the lid closed for at least 20 minutes. When the 20 minutes are up, add the broccoli and simmer for another five minutes.
  3. Tip: You can let your creativity run free with vegetables and cereals. Everything that tastes good is allowed.
