Cereal Energy Bars

Energy bars are prepared on the basis of oatmeal, with the addition of raisins, seeds, and coconut flakes.
Ingredients
- Butter – 90 g
- Oatmeal flakes – 225 g
- Walnuts (chopped) – 60 g
- Raisins – 60 g
- Pumpkin seeds (peeled) – 2 tbsp
- Sunflower seeds (peeled) – 2 tbsp
- Sesame – 2 tbsp
- Coconut flakes – 2 tbsp
- Honey – 90 g
- Cane sugar – 100 g
- Ground cinnamon – 0.75 teaspoon
- Salt – 1/8 teaspoon.
Directions
- Turn on the oven to preheat to 190 degrees. Grease a 28×18 cm deep baking sheet with butter.
- In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter, honey, and sugar, stirring constantly.
- Remove the saucepan from the stove, add flakes, nuts, raisins, seeds, coconut, cinnamon, and salt into it, mix well.
- Put the cereal mass in a prepared baking sheet in one layer, level. Place the baking sheet in a preheated oven and bake the energy bar cake for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown.
- Allow the cake to cool and then cut into rectangular bars. Grain Energy Bars can be served.
