Instructions

  1. Bring the water with salt and grain to a boil and simmer on a low level for about 15 minutes. Let it steep for another 5-10 minutes with the stove switched off.
  2. Serve hot.
  3. This goes well with butter or coconut fat, maple syrup and fruits such as blueberries or chopped apples.
