Ingredients
- 0.5 ½ onion (s), diced
- Pumpernickel, crumbled
- 1 dash milk
- 2 egg (s)
- Chives, cut into rolls
- 1 large tomato (s), diced
- salt and pepper
- olive oil

- Fry the onion cubes together with the pumpernickel until translucent, then add the tomato and fry as well. In the meantime, stir the eggs with the milk and chives, pour into the pan and let set. At the end you can garnish with a little chives and serve.
