Ingredients
- 1 handful spinach leaves
- 1 stalk celery, only the leaves it
- 1 banana (s)
- 1 lime (s)
- 1 piece (s) ginger, approx. - 2 cm
- some peppermint, some leaves it
- 250 ml water or fruit juice your choice
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ matcha powder

- Press the lime. Peel the banana and ginger. Briefly wash the spinach, peppermint and celery leaves (portions of frozen leaf spinach can also be used if necessary, just let them thaw).
- Now put all the ingredients in the smoothie maker, fill up with 200 to 250 ml of water or fruit juice to taste and mix.
- Perfect breakfast smoothie. The Matcha tea has a stimulating and invigorating effect.
