  • 750 g beef
  • 1 bunch soup greens
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 10 grains allspice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 glass Letscho
  • 250 g tomato ketchup
  • 2 medium onion (s)
  • 4 pickled cucumber (s)
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Boil the piece of beef with soup greens, garlic, spices, bay leaf and 1 tablespoon salt in water for 1 1/2 hours and then let it cool.
  2. Chop the cold meat, lecho, onions and cucumber into small pieces. Add the ketchup and season with salt and cayenne pepper.
  3. Min. Let it steep for 2 hours, preferably overnight.
