Ingredients

  • 250 g mozzarella (normal or buffalo mozzarella)
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 lemon (s), untreated
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 pinch (s) salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the mozzarella into 1 x 1 cm cubes.
  2. Mix the balsamic vinegar and oil, add a little lemon zest and 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
  3. Mix everything well.
  4. Chop the parsley and add it as well. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  5. Marinate the mozzarella in it for at least 1 hour.
  6. Take out of the refrigerator about 15 minutes before serving, then it tastes best.
