Ingredients

  • 500 ml water
  • 5 egg (s)
  • 100 g flour
  • 1 pinch (s) cayenne pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 4 tomato (s), sliced
  • 2 tablespoon basil, fresh, chopped
  • 300 g mozzarella, sliced
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix eggs, water, flour and spices into a dough and leave to soak for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat the oil, bake small crepes and place them on a greased baking sheet.
  3. Cut the mozzarella into small cubes and spread on top of the crepes. Place the tomato slices on top of the crepes and sprinkle with chopped basil.
  4. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake the crêpes until golden brown at 220 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
