Ingredients
- 15 egg (s), boiled until soft as wax
- 1 small Glass pickled cucumber (s) in slices (cucumber tongues)
- 1 onion (s), red
- 1 apple, e.g. Pink Lady
- 250 g hamburer sauce, Danish
- 100 ml cream
- Black pepper from the mill
- Sea salt, coarse

- Dice the cucumber tongues. Dice the red onion similar in size to the cucumber. Mix the two together and add some of the cucumber liquid. Peel, core and dice the apple and stir in immediately so that the pieces do not turn brown. Add the hamburger sauce and cream, stir and season with salt and pepper. Let it steep for at least 30 minutes (also overnight in the refrigerator) and season if necessary. A little cucumber liquid can add the finishing touch here.
- After the steeping time, peel the eggs, dice them into larger pieces and add to the sauce.
