Ingredients
- 3 egg (s)
- 2 date (s), dried
- 4 small pickles
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
- pepper
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ paprika powder, best smoked,
- 2 teaspoons garden herbs, frozen,

- 100 ml rapeseed oil
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 teaspoon mustard

- For the mayonnaise, put the egg, oil, salt and mustard in a tall container and use the hand blender to make mayonnaise. Make sure that everything has the same (room) temperature.
- Dice all other ingredients and mix with the mayo to make an egg salad. Let it soak in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, add salt and pepper if necessary.
