Ingredients

  • 3 egg (s)
  • 250 g quark, (drained)
  • 2 tablespoon honey, sugar, vanilla sugar, etc.
  • 200 g muesli with fruits (or about 150 rainy oat flakes + 50 raisins or similar)
  • 50 g hazelnuts, round
  • 600 g apples, sour
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Semolina, (about 1-4 tablespoon)
  • Fat, for frying

Instructions

  1. Whip eggs + quark + sweetener until creamy. Stir in the muesli + nuts. Set the dough aside and let it soak (about 20 minutes).
  2. In the meantime, grate the apples, mix with the lemon juice and then stir in. If the dough is too soft, thicken with semolina.
  3. Place the patties in the hot fat with a tablespoon and fry until golden and crispy all around. Degrease the patties (-> kitchen roll), keep warm if necessary and then serve.
  4. Cinnamon sugar and, depending on your requirements, supply + taste, vanilla cream, fruit quark, lemon yoghurt, fruit salad, applesauce, stewed plums, cherry groats or the like also taste great.
  5. Tip:
  6. These patties are suitable both as a dessert (then more for 6-8 eaters?), As well as breakfast, sweet lunch / dinner or as an afternoon snack.
  7. If you use honey / whole cane sugar + whole grain semolina and the appropriate frying fat, the patties are wholesome
