- 1 apple
- 1 pear (s)
- 1 banana (s)
- 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 5 tablespoon oatmeal, tender
- 125 ml milk
- honey

- Wash the fruit, cut into small pieces and place in a bowl. Add the low-fat quark, oatmeal and milk. Mix everything well and sweeten with honey to taste. This muesli can of course also be made from all other types of fruit.
