Whip the cream until stiff, then stir in the ayran, natural yoghurt, oat flakes, vanilla powder and drinking chocolate. I do this very briefly with the hand mixer, not too long because of the cream. Cut the apples into small cubes and stir in.
Pour the mixture into jars, fill them approx. 3/4 full, then add approx. 2 tablespoons of granola to each, close the jars with the lids and put them in the refrigerator overnight.
Mix in the muesli and enjoy before consumption.
Well suited for work or school. Makes you super full.
