Muffins with Bran and Black Currant

Delicious and very appetizing muffins with corn oil, black currant and corn bran are perfect for those who like to eat deliciously without sacrificing their figure.

Ingredients

  • Flour – 450 g
  • Eggs – 4 pcs.
  • Brown sugar – 120 g
  • Corn oil – 250 ml
  • Corn bran – 300 g
  • Black currant – 250 g
  • Baking powder – 25 g
  • Cold water – 450 ml

Directions

  1. Beat the eggs. Add sugar.
  2. Pour in oil. Beat until fluffy.
  3. Pour the bran with water, leave for a few minutes in a cold place.
  4. Combine flour with baking powder. Pour flour into the egg mixture.
  5. To stir thoroughly.
  6. Add bran and mix thoroughly again.
  7. Add black currant. Mix gently.
  8. Place in muffin tins. Preheat the oven. Bake muffins for 20 minutes at 190 degrees.
  9. Finished muffins can be garnished with whipped cream or soaked in syrup.
