Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 125 g speculoos
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 125 g suar
- 250 g butter, soft
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 4 egg (s)
- 1 tablespoon rum
- 125 ml wine (mulled wine)
- 1 pinch (s) clove powder

- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
- Crumble the speculoos finely. Briefly mix the flour with baking powder, cocoa and speculoos in a bowl.
- In a second bowl, stir together soft butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, cinnamon, cloves, eggs, rum and mulled wine until the sugar has dissolved.
- Now add the flour mixture and stir in again briefly.
- Pour the dough into the molds and bake for 20-25 minutes using top / bottom heat!
