Ingredients
- 150 grams flour
- 150 g speculoos (spiced speculoos)
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking soda
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon
- 1 pinch (s) clove powder
- 100 g suar
- 125 ml buttermilk
- 125 ml wine (mulled wine)
- 80 g mararine, soft
- 2 egg (s)

- Crumble the spiced speculoos and mix in a bowl with the flour, baking powder, baking soda and the spices. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, buttermilk, mulled wine and margarine, ideally with a hand mixer. Fold the liquid mixture into the flour mixture.
- Pour the dough into the recesses of the muffin tray or the paper molds and bake in the preheated oven (center, 160 ° C fan oven) for 20-25 minutes.
