Mushroom Meatballs

Ingredients

  • Champignons – 500 g
  • or Oyster mushrooms – 500 g
  • Potatoes – 5 pcs.
  • Vegetable oil – 2-3 tbsp
  • Flour – 5 tbsp
  • Dill – 0.5-1 bunch
  • Salt – 0.5-1 teaspoon

Directions

  1. How to cook mushroom meatballs:
    Boil potatoes in their skins and peel.
  2. Wash and chop the mushrooms.
  3. Heat 2 tablespoon in a frying pan. spoons of oil. Add mushrooms and fry-simmer them over medium heat for 15 minutes. Stir from time to time.
  4. Finely chop the dill.
  5. Grind the mushrooms with a meat grinder or puree with a blender.
  6. Add potatoes, mash.

  8. Add flour and mix thoroughly until smooth.
  9. To boil water. Form balls with a dessert spoon and damp hands. Dip the meatballs in boiling water. Cook the mushroom meatballs for about 10 minutes. When they float, take out.
  10. Serve the mushroom meatballs with vegetables and sauce.
