In the ck there are many delicious basic pancake recipes, so everyone can choose what they like best. The following recipe always works:
From 3 tablespoon. Spelled flour, 9 tablespoon. Make a dough with milk, 3 eggs and a pinch of salt and let it steep for at least 15 minutes.
Clean mushrooms (do not wash), homemade honey mushrooms and purple red chalk knights are a very good mixture. Hallimasch is strong and the knight is mild, light Maggi taste.
Finely chop the onion, sauté briefly, add the mushrooms and cook covered for 15 minutes (IMPORTANT). In its own juice, add water if necessary, not too much, then there is no need to thicken. Possibly add a pinch of butter.
