Potato Pancakes with Mushrooms

Ingredients
- Potatoes – 700-800 g
- Fresh mushrooms – 300 g
- Onions – 150 g
- Flour – 1-2 tbsp
- Chicken egg – 1-2 pcs.
- Sour cream – 1-2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil (for frying) – how much will it take
Directions
- Wash the mushrooms and cut them into thin slices.
- Peel and wash onions, cut into cubes.
- Preheat a frying pan, pour 2 tablespoon. tablespoons of vegetable oil. Put onions and mushrooms in hot oil. Fry, stirring occasionally, over medium heat for 5-7 minutes. Refrigerate.
- Peel and wash the potatoes.
- Grate potatoes on a medium grater.

- Place the mushrooms and onions.
- Add flour, mix well.
- Preheat a frying pan, pour 3 tablespoon. tablespoons of vegetable oil. Put pancakes in hot oil with a spoon. Fry pancakes with mushrooms over medium heat until golden brown for 3-5 minutes.
- Then turn over and also fry the pancakes with mushrooms on the other side. So fry all the pancakes. Add vegetable oil in small portions as needed.
- Potato pancakes with mushrooms are ready.
