Ingredients

  • 1 bunch dill
  • 3 tablespoon, heaped sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons, heaped mustard, medium hot

Instructions

  1. Remove the stalks from the dill. Put the dill with the sour cream and mustard in a blender or a tall mixing bowl. Mix or puree until the dill is very finely chopped and the sauce turns green.
  2. If you want the sauce to be a little firmer, put it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
