  • 200 g flour
  • 100 ml water, lukewarm
  • 100 ml oil
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 4 tablespoon mustard
  • 4 tomato (s), sliced
  • 200 g smoked meat, diced
  • 200 g cheese, rated

Instructions

  1. Put the flour, water, oil and baking powder in a bowl. Close the lid tightly and shake vigorously.
  2. Pour the dough into a flat form and press down lightly.
  3. Spread the mustard, tomatoes, smoked meat and cheese on the dough.
  4. In the oven at approx. 190 ° C for 35-40 minutes.
