Ingredients
- 250 ml vinegar, apple cider vinegar
- 250 ml wine, white wine
- 250 grams sugar
- Fruits, dried fruits, e.g. apricots, plums, raisins
- cinnamon
- Carnation
- ginger
- 3 tablespoon mustard powder

- Bring the vinegar, white wine and sugar to the boil. Add dried fruits, cinnamon, clove and a little ginger and simmer for 15 minutes. Drain, collect the stock. Put the fruit in a sealable jar. Let the stock cool down, add the mustard powder and cover the fruit with it.
- Let steep in the refrigerator for 2-3 weeks.
- With game or pies.
