Ingredients

  • 250 g turkey meat, (5 P)
  • 2 sausages, turkey wiener (3 P)
  • 2 teaspoons oil, ( P)
  • 3 medium onion (s)
  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 3 cucumber (s)
  • Mustard, mild
  • Spice mix for grilling
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Season the finely chopped meat with the grill spice. Cut the wieners and the vegetables (mushrooms and cucumber) into pieces. However, only quarter and cut the onions.
  2. Heat the oil in the pan with 2 tablespoons of mustard. Add the meat and the wieners and fry them.
  3. Add approx. 100 ml of water. Add the vegetables and let them disintegrate a little. Now add about 3 tablespoons of mustard (depending on your taste) and simmer covered until everything is soft and a little thickened. Season with salt and pepper if necessary.
  4. We had 120 g rice (6 P) as a side dish.
