Ingredients

  • 30 g mararine or butter
  • 30 grams flour
  • 500 ml broth or milk or half and half
  • 2 tablespoon mustard
  • Lemon juice or vinegar
  • salt
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. Heat the margarine or butter and sweat the flour in it. Top up with the liquid and season the sauce with mustard, lemon juice, salt and sugar.
  2. With hard-boiled eggs or boiled fish.
