- 1 ½ kg beans (runner beans), fresh
- 2 cup sour cream
- ml 1,300 broth
- 500 g potato (s)
- 1 bunch parsley
- 2 tablespoon, leveled flour
- sausages
- salt and pepper

- Cut the cleaned and washed beans into pieces and the peeled potatoes into cubes.
- Bring the broth to the boil and add the potatoes, beans and savory and cook for approx. 25 minutes. Mix the sour cream with about 2 tablespoons of flour and stir into the soup. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Warm sausages in the soup - I cut them into pieces beforehand. Serve sprinkled with the parsley.
