Ingredients

  • 500 g minced, mixed
  • 0.5 ½ iceberg lettuce
  • 1 bottle sauce (salsa sauce, approx. 350 ml)
  • 1 can corn
  • 3 tomato (s)
  • 1 bell pepper (s)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup natural yogurt (small cup)
  • 3 tablespoon Miracel Whip
  • 200 g cheese (Gouda), rated
  • 1 bag / s nacho (s)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • some pepper
  • some paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut the iceberg lettuce. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper and fry in a hot pan. Drain the can of corn. Wash and core the tomatoes and peppers, then cut into small pieces. Mix the sour cream, yoghurt and Miracel Whip together. Crumble the nachos directly in the bag.
  2. Now layer everything in a large bowl as follows: The bottom is laid out with the iceberg lettuce, the minced meat is on top and the salsa sauce on top. Then there is a layer of corn, tomato and pepper pieces on top. The mixture of sour cream, yoghurt and Miracel Whip is spread on top. On top of that comes the grated cheese.
  3. Just before serving, add the nachos to the salad, otherwise they would get soft.
