Ingredients

  • 1 point lamb`s lettuce
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon bacon, diced, from the cooling shelf
  • 3 tablespoon pine nuts
  • 1 bag / s powdered sauce for the dressing
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 3 tablespoon oil (sunflower or rapeseed oil)

Instructions

  1. Wash the lamb`s lettuce and dice the onion.
  2. Lightly toast the bacon together with the pine nuts in a saucepan (no additional oil required!).
  3. Mix the dressing powder with 3 tablespoons of oil, 3 tablespoons of water, 1 tablespoon of honey and 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar. Press a clove of garlic into this dressing (2 if you like) and stir again.
  4. Pour the dressing over the lamb`s lettuce and mix in well.
  5. Finally, add the pine nuts and ham hot and serve immediately!
