Ingredients

  • 1 small Can corn
  • 2 bell peppers, orange
  • 1 cucumber (s)
  • 1 pack sheep`s cheese
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 6 small tomato (s)
  • 2 onion (s), red
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 handful basil
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • possibly herbs (garden herbs), TK

Instructions

  1. Drain the corn and kidney beans and mix well. Quarter the tomatoes, remove the inside and cut into small pieces. Also cut the bell pepper into small cubes. Either dice or slice the cucumber. Put everything in a salad bowl and mix.
  2. Halve the onions and cut into fine half rings. Drape on top of the salad and finally cut or crumble the sheep`s cheese into cubes and pour over the salad. Pour the dressing over it and stir just before serving.
  3. Dressing:
  4. Mix vinegar and soy sauce in a bowl, wash and chop the basil and add. Stir everything. Finally add the olive oil and mix everything well. If desired, fresh or frozen garden herbs can also be mixed in. Salt and pepper are not necessary as the soy sauce has enough flavor of its own.
