Ingredients

4 chicken breast fillet (s), approx. 200 g each
8 slices bacon
4 tomato (s), halved
4 red and yellow bell peppers, roughly diced
6 potato (s), cut into wedges
4 onion (s), eighthed

For the marinade:

3 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon Herbs Provence
salt and pepper

Instructions

Mix the ingredients for the marinade and mix with the vegetables. Spread the vegetables on a baking sheet. Season the chicken breast fillets with pepper and salt and cover each with 2 slices of bacon. Place the fillets on top of the vegetables and brush with a little olive oil. Bake at 180 ° C for approx. 30 - 40 minutes. We like to have my yogurt-mint-lemon sauce with it. Tip: You can also use other types of vegetables.
