Ingredients
- 500 g bulur
- 500 g boilin water
- 3 red pepper (s)
- 2 onion (s), red
- 1 bunch spring onion (s)
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 tube tomato paste
- 8 tablespoon oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- cumin
- Lemon juice
- salt and pepper

- Pour boiling water over the bulgur and let it steep according to the instructions on the packet. In the meantime, finely chop the peppers, onions, spring onions and parsley and mix with the prepared bulgur.
- Mix the oil and tomato paste in a bowl and season with salt, pepper, cumin, lemon juice and the crushed garlic and then mix with the bulgur and vegetables.
