Ingredients

  • 500 ml white wine, e.g., Riesling late harvest
  • 6 egg yolks, size L.
  • 160 g suar
  • 20 g cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Mix egg yolks, sugar and cornstarch with wine until frothy. Then whip in a hot water bath until the mass has doubled. Chill in a cool place for at least 2 hours.
