  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 225 grams flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • 4 tablespoon Nutella
  • 100 g walnuts, chopped
  • possibly powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Beat the butter, sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Gradually stir in the eggs. Sieve the flour and baking powder and fold in with the milk. Stir in the Nutella and walnuts.
  2. Bake 8 muffins at 180 ° in approx. 20 minutes. Dust with icing sugar after cooling.
  3. Can also be baked and frozen in advance.
