Ingredients

  • 250 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 120 g butter
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 70 g suar
  • 100 g nouat mass
  • 150 g couverture, dark chocolate
  • 46 walnuts (quarter)

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, spices and baking powder, add butter, sugar and egg and knead.
  2. Form 2 rolls (diameter approx. 3 cm) and chill for 1 hour.
  3. Cut the nougat into approx. 46 small cubes. Cut the dough rolls into approx. 1cm wide slices. Place 1 nougat cube in the middle and form a ball.
  4. Preheat the oven to approx. 200 ° C and bake for approx. 10 minutes.
  5. Let it cool down and dip the top in the melted couverture, then immediately add a quarter of a walnut.
