Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 400 g Nutella
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 5 egg (s)
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 200 g hazelnuts, round
  • 100 g nuts, chopped

For the set:

  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 pack cream stabilizer
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • some cake icing, chocolate

Instructions

  1. For the dough, stir the Nutella, vanilla sugar and salt until smooth.
  2. Carefully stir in the eggs one at a time.
  3. Mix flour with baking powder, sieve over it and stir in well.
  4. Finally, fold in the nuts.
  5. Pour the dough into a greased springform pan and bake at 180 ° C for about 30 minutes.
  6. For the garnish, whip the cream with the cream stabilizer and vanilla sugar until stiff.
  7. Sprinkle the surface of the cake in the middle with a little chocolate icing and decorate all around with the cream.
  8. Not particularly suitable for filling, as the cake is rather firm.
  9. So a very powerful cake, perfect as a substitute for a cake.
