Ingredients

  • 250 g butter
  • 200 g suar
  • 200 g Nutella
  • 5 egg (s)
  • 450 g flour
  • 50 g cocoa
  • 500 ml milk
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 2 pt. Cream powder (paradise cream chocolate or nougat)
  • cake icing (chocolate icing) or
  • powdered sugar
  • Fat for the shape
  • Breadcrumbs for the mold

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter with the Nutella over low heat and let cool down a little. Beat the eggs with the sugar until frothy. Add the liquid butter and Nutella mixture and keep stirring.
  2. Mix the paradise cream with the milk in a bowl for approx. 3 minutes until creamy and add to the batter. Mix the flour, cocoa and baking powder and add. Mix everything together until you get a nice, creamy mixture.
  3. Pour into a greased cake tin sprinkled with breadcrumbs and bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C (top / bottom heat) for about 50 minutes. Make a chopstick test. Cover the cooled cake with a chocolate icing or dust with powdered sugar.
