Ingredients

  • 75 g butter
  • 100 g suar
  • 100 g almond (s), sliced
  • 75 g oat flakes, crunchy
  • 100 ml cream
  • 50 g cherry (s), (cherries)
  • 50 g orane peel
  • 100 g couverture

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter, mix with the sugar, almonds and oat flakes. Add the cream, simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly, then chill.
  2. In the meantime, cut the cherries into wedges and roughly chop the orange peel. Mix both in the cooled oatmeal mixture. Spread the mixture with two teaspoons as flat cookies on two baking sheets lined with baking paper.
  3. Bake the Florentines in a preheated oven at 200 ° for 12-15 minutes. As long as they are still warm, reshape them if necessary.
  4. Heat the cake icing and brush the underside of the Florentines with it.
