Oatmeal with Berries

Porridge is the perfect breakfast dish. I suggest adding some berries to the porridge, you can even ice cream. It will turn out to be a real treat.

Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • Oatmeal flakes – 4 Art. spoons
  • Milk – 400 Milliliters
  • Sugar – 1 Tbsp. the spoon
  • Salt – 1 Pinch
  • Butter – 30 grams
  • Lingonberry – 50 Grams (or other berries)

Directions

  1. Prepare the required foods.
  2. Pour cereal, salt and sugar into a heavy-bottomed saucepan.
  3. Pour in milk.
  4. Bring to a boil and cook over low heat until the flakes are tender (see package for time).
  5. Add oil.
  6. Then the berries.
  7. Stir and serve.
