Oatmeal Cake

Oatmeal can be used to make more than just porridge for breakfast. They are used to bake cookies, make smoothies, add to salads. You can also make a delicious and even healthy cake from ordinary oatmeal.

Ingredients
- Oatmeal – 2 Cups
- Flour – 2 Art. spoons
- Cinnamon – 1 Teaspoon
- Oil – 100 Grams
- Sugar – 1 Glass
- Eggs – 2 Pieces
- Kefir – 1/2 Glass
- Soda – 2 Teaspoons
- Sour cream – 200 Grams
- Sugar – 1/2 Cup (in cream)
- Coconut flakes – To taste
Directions
- Grind oatmeal in a blender or scroll through a meat grinder. Add flour sifted through a sieve, cinnamon, half a glass of sugar, mix everything thoroughly. Add melted butter and eggs, kefir and baking soda, beaten with the rest of the sugar. The dough should be thin.
- Divide the dough into three equal parts. Pour it into a baking dish and cook in the oven at 200 degrees for about five minutes. Cool the cakes. Be careful with them, as the cakes are quite brittle and brittle.
- While the cakes are cooling, prepare sour cream. To do this, using a mixer, beat the liquid sour cream with sugar into a homogeneous mass. Lubricate the cakes with cream.
- Sprinkle coconut on top of the cake. Then put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours so that the cakes are thoroughly soaked. Serve the cake to the table!
