Oatmeal Sponge Cake

Ingredients

  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Sugar – 200 g
  • Oat flour – 150 g

Directions

  1. Separate the whites from the yolks. Remove one yolk (you can use it for an omelet, for example).
  2. Mix the proteins with half the sugar, refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  3. Mix the yolks with the remaining sugar, beat lightly with a fork. Turn on the oven and preheat it to 175 degrees.
  4. Beat the whites into a strong foam.
  5. Transfer to the yolks. Mix gently in a circular motion from bottom to top.
  6. Continuing to stir the dough in a circular motion “from bottom to top”, gradually add flour.
  7. Grease the form with oil or line with foil. Lay out the dough, smooth it out.
  8. Bake the oatmeal biscuit for 40 minutes. Then turn the mold over and cool the biscuit in the oven.
    The oatmeal biscuit is ready.
