  • 600 g pork fillet (s)
  • 2 large onions
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 packet bacon or ham
  • salt and pepper
  • herbs, fresh
  • 1 cup cream

Instructions

  1. Cut the pork tenderloin into medallions. Cut the onions and garlic into small cubes and mix. Season the onion and garlic mixture with salt, pepper and herbs and set aside (the amount of onions and garlic can of course be changed as required).
  2. Place the medallions in a large, lightly greased casserole dish and then wrap a slice of bacon around each to create small turrets. Pour approx. 2 teaspoons of onion mixture onto each medallion (in the bacon tower).
  3. Pour the whole thing over with cream and cook in the oven for approx. 40 minutes at approx. 180 ° C (fan oven). Rice or baguette and salad go well as a side dish.
  4. I usually don`t eat the whole onion and garlic mixture as it is quite a lot. However, the amount is necessary for the cooking process as a flavoring agent.
