Ingredients
- Oil, butter-flavored would be ideal, but it doesn`t have to be
- 0.5 ½ head white cabbage, for me about 700 g with stalk
- 3 large onion (s), in my case also approx. 700 g unpeeled
- 1 large bell pepper (s), cleaned
- 3 medium potato (s)
- 2 tablespoon, heaped tomato paste
- 2 teaspoons, heaped paprika powder
- 1 teaspoon, heaped salt or more to taste
- Coriander powder

- Finely chop the white cabbage with the cucumber slicer, as well as the peeled onions. Cut the bell pepper and the peeled potatoes into small cubes.
- Pour the bottom of a large saucepan with oil and fry the onions over medium heat.
- Then pour in the cabbage and fry it while stirring several times. In between, the lid should be put on, then there is no need to add liquid. Season with salt, paprika, coriander and tomato paste. Let the lid simmer for a few minutes, then add the potatoes, stir in, reduce the heat and cook. Shortly before the end of the cooking time; the potatoes will soon be soft, fill in the diced peppers and let them get hot.
- As a side dish to fried food, it is definitely enough for 4 people.
- For me this is a main course.
- You don`t have to slavishly stick to the list of ingredients, just test it out.
