- 500 g potato noodles
- 0.5 ½ small white cabbage
- 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), red
- 125 g bacon, diced
- 2 tablespoon, heaped cream cheese
- 1 butter
- salt and pepper
- paprika powder

- Dice the white cabbage and blanch it in the boiling water until it is soft. Then heat the butter in a pan and leave the bacon in it. Add the potato noodles and continue to fry.
- Cut the peppers into small pieces and add to the pan with the cabbage. Turn down the heat and turn regularly. Fold in 2 tablespoons of cream cheese and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder. When the cream cheese is well mixed in, serve hot.
- If you like peppers a little softer, you can simply add them to the pan one step earlier. We like them a little crisper.
