Baked Potatoes with Cheese, Onions and Bell Pepper

Baked potatoes with two types of cheese are an interesting side dish or an independent dish. In fact, this is a potato casserole in a sour cream cheese sauce, with onions and bell peppers, under a cheese crust. You have to tinker a little with the preparation, but the result is worth it.
Directions
- Potatoes – 1 kg
- Smoked cheese – 50 g
- Hard cheese – 70 g
- Bulb onions – 1 pc.
- Green onions – 1-2 pcs. (taste)
- Bulgarian pepper – 1 pc.
- Sour cream – 3 tbsp
- Mayonnaise – 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Directions
- Prepare all ingredients.
- Peel the potatoes, cut into medium pieces.
Boil the potatoes for 12 minutes after boiling. - Finely chop the smoked cheese and green onions.
- Mix sour cream with mayonnaise. Add smoked cheese with onions, stir, salt to taste.
- Peel and cut bell peppers and onions into half rings. Grate hard cheese.
Turn on the oven and preheat to 180 degrees. - Put the potatoes, cooked until half cooked, in a heat-resistant dish.
- Top with cooked sour cream sauce with smoked cheese and green onions.
- Top with chopped onions and bell peppers.
- Sprinkle everything with hard cheese and bake the potatoes in the oven for about 30 minutes.
- Baked potatoes with cheese, onions, and bell peppers are ready.
