- 2 onion (s) (vegetable onions)
- 3 tablespoon spice (s), sumac (Turkish spice)
- 2 tablespoon parsley, dried
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt
- pepper

- Peel the onions and cut into fine rings with the cucumber slicer. Squeeze out the rings firmly by hand and rinse under running water. Drain and squeeze out again.
- Place on a plate and drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Scatter sumac and parsley on top. Mix gently.
