- 750 g onion (s) (veetable onion)
- 50 g butter
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 750 ml vegetable broth or meat broth
- 250 ml wine, white, dry
- salt and pepper
- 6 slices toast
- 200 g cheese, rated
- sugar

- Peel the onion and cut into thin rings. Sauté the onion in the butter, pour the flour over it, add the stock and wine, cover and continue to cook. Then stir well and season well with the spices.
