Open Fish Pie

Delicate fish pie.


  • Dough:
  • Butter – 100 g
  • Sour cream – 2 tbsp
  • Soda – 0.5 teaspoon.
  • Milk – 1/3 cup
  • Flour – 1.5-2 cups
  • Large onions – 5 pcs.
  • Saury in oil – 1 can
  • Fill:
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
  • Flour – 1 tbsp
  • Greens


  1. Grind the softened butter with sour cream, in which to extinguish the soda and milk.
  2. Add flour, knead the dough. Refrigerate while the filling is cooking.
  3. Cut the onion into cubes and fry.
  4. Drain the liquid from the fish, remove the bones, knead with a fork. Stir in fried onions.
  5. Beat eggs with mayonnaise and flour with a fork, add finely chopped herbs.
  6. Take out the dough, put it with your hands in a greased dish (or cover with baking paper). Spread the filling evenly. Cover with eggs.
  7. Place in an unheated oven and bake until browned at 180 degrees.
