Ingredients
- 200 g sunflower seeds
- 25 ml oil
- 175 ml orange juice
- 40 g horseradish, rated
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon, heaped salt
- 1 teaspoon, heaped turmeric powder
- 50 ml maple syrup or agave syrup
- 1 teaspoon, heaped anise, optional
- 1 teaspoon, crushed mustard seeds, ground, optional
- 1 tablespoon, leveled orange peel, optional
- Mint, fresh, finely chopped, optional

- Finely grind the sunflower seeds in a blender. Then gradually add the other ingredients and continue to mix until you have a spreadable mixture. If the mass is too firm, you can add orange juice until the desired consistency is achieved.
- With anise, mustard seeds, orange peel and / or fresh mint you can vary depending on your preferences.
- For example, I like the spread with ground anise and freshly chopped red peppermint leaves. The amount of syrup can of course be adjusted to suit your own taste.
