  • 2 teaspoons, heaped mustard, medium hot
  • some sea salt
  • possibly herbs your choice

Instructions

  1. Squeeze the orange and mix the juice with the mustard, oil and salt, preferably with a whisk. The quantities can be varied according to taste. You can try herbs and spices as you like, but it also tastes great on its own.
  2. It goes well with all fresh salads: iceberg, tomatoes, cucumber, carrots, fennel, etc. and is also suitable for dipping. Children love it too.
