Ingredients

  • 0.5 liter ½ orange juice
  • 1 packet custard powder, vanilla flavor
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 200 ml cream
  • 0.5 ½ pack cream stabilizer
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 50 g chocolate decoration (chocolate flakes)

Instructions

  1. Mix the pudding powder and sugar and mix with about 5 tablespoons of orange juice.
  2. Bring the remaining orange juice to the boil, stir in the pudding powder and bring everything to a boil again.
  3. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener and vanilla sugar until stiff and stir into the slightly cooled orange cream (you may want to keep some cream for garnish).
  4. Before serving, sprinkle with the chocolate chips and decorate with a little cream if necessary.
